As part of a cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of your category. You will act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, and as a mentor to a Quality Specialist, providing guidance and support.
Based in the company’s Amsterdam office, you will be welcomed by a friendly and dedicated Quality team.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop deep knowledge and expertise for your product category. Stay abreast of relevant industry developments and trends
– Own and drive global processes related to your category, providing guidance and enforcing compliance to quality standards
– Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives and project teams to advance the company’s quality strategy
– Oversee all aspects of new product development for your category, from defining specifications to approving testing protocols and product trials
– Conduct technical evaluations and analysis for product and packaging designs, identifying risks and quality optimisation opportunities
– Ensure comprehensive documentation and accurate data management for all product information, specifications, and test records
Candidate Requirements :
– Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
– Significant R&D, Quality Assurance or Technology experience in FMCG
– Fluent spoken and written English
– Full, clean driver’s license
– Strong team playing and communication skills
