This fast-paced, technical role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, independent, and entrepreneurial individual who does whatever it takes to get the job done. You will travel widely and frequently, for industry events, trade fairs and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities :
– Manage and train the regional distributor network, organise customer visits
– Provide technical and regulatory support to address customer inquiries
– Support regulatory and certification compliance across Asian markets
– Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and trade show participation
– Generate forecasts, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decisions
– Oversee marketing tools, social media presence, and website maintenance
Candidate Requirements :
– Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field
– Written and spoken fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
– Demonstrable B2B sales experience within cosmetics, preferably with cosmetic active ingredients
– Thorough knowledge of the Global Regulatory environment, including NMPA, halal and natural certifications
– Happy to travel regularly within the region and beyond
