Key Responsibilities
– Create high-performing natural fragrances for products across all household categories
– Balance fragrance profile and intensity across various product bases and functions
– Monitor consumer preferences, homecare trends and natural fragrance technology
– Ensure fragrances are safe, stable, and fully compliant with relevant regulations
– Collaborate with internal teams to provide a rolling pipeline of NPD
To succeed in this role, you must have a record of success in a similar role, including hands-on experience with natural and non-petrochemical ingredients.
