Join an entrepreneurial company in their mission to revolutionise the homecare category. Managing a small team of Formulation Chemists, you will help to drive innovation and deliver NPD that persuades consumers to rethink their product choices.
Key Responsibilities:
– Approve final formulations for NPD, meeting quality and performance standards
– Authorise ingredient choices and sourcing decisions to support natural and sustainable principles
– Ensure new products are developed on time and on budget, coordinating all stages of the process from concept to launch
– Ensure products comply with regulations for current and prospective markets
To succeed in this role, you will need a BSc in a scientific field, and experience of formulating with natural and non-petrochemical ingredients.
