Key Responsibilities
– Drive development and delivery of NPD pipeline
– Set strategic direction for product innovation and technical advancements
– Manage and mentor a small, focused technical team
– Ensure products meet quality standards and brand principles
– Drive research and development initiatives for new natural formulations
– Collaborate with colleagues to align technical goals with overall business strategy
Candidate Requirements
– BSc in Chemistry or a related scientific field
– Strong background in Chemistry or a related scientific field
– Extensive experience in product development, particularly with natural or eco-friendly formulations
– Strategic thinking and innovation management capabilities
– Knowledge of international regulatory compliance for household products
– Proven leadership and team management skills
