L’Oréal has inaugurated its first SMART Fulfillment Center in Suzhou, China. The center will be a key hub in L’Oréal’s handling of D2C and B2B orders in Mainland China. It will allow the company to better support its commercial clients consisting of e-commerce platforms, offline retailers, as well as beauty salons.
Located inside Suzhou Industrial Park, on an area of 46,000 square meters, this fulfillment center is automated with Hai Robotics’ essential goods-to-person solution, HaiPick System 1, including 39 multi-layer autonomous case-handling (ACR) mobile robots.
