Key responsibilities:
– Manage internal and external document lifecycle ensuring completeness and compliance
– Organize and maintain document filings in physical and digital formats
– Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive documentation and information logs
– Generate reports tracking document progress and status
– Oversee product information management including packaging, ingredients, shelf life data
– Develop templates and coordinate global marketing registration document workflow
– Conduct quality assurance for new production batches and reformulations
– Assist with product mock-up development and sample coordination
