Do you build productive relationships with ease, influencing colleagues and contacts at all levels?
As Account Manager with this industry-leading, disruptive haircare company, you will drive growth through key retail accounts in the UK market. Overseeing account strategy and execution, you will ensure delivery of all activities including promotions, assortment, and branding.
Key Responsibilities
– Take full responsibility for achieving sales budgets and margin targets in UK accounts
– Formulate and execute account-specific strategies, gaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
– Provide commercial focus and lead, analysing performance, driving forecasts, managing pricing and negotiating contracts
– Build brand awareness through strategies and promotions, improving all consumer touchpoints
– Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, sharing customer-focused information, ideas and solutions with the wider team
Candidate Requirements
– Demonstrable success in beauty brand Account Management. Hair category experience is a bonus
– Hands-on experience with premium-mass retailers and pure-play beauty websites
– Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
– Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in the Central London office.
